A Day with Nana!!!

Today, I had a really fun time with my grandma who I call Nana, my sister Jamie, and my other sister Sofie. My parents had to go to a Bat Mitzvah so Nana had to take care of Jamie, Sofie, and me. The first thing we did was make breakfast. She gave us all hot chocolate and toast (Nana already ate breakfast). Then, we watched the Olympics that I recorded last night so we got to watch it again today. We decided that we’d go to the mall and then eat lunch so after watching the Olympics, so we went to Lakeforest Mall. Nana bought some new shoes, we got some samples of perfume (Nana really wanted to look for Queen Latifah perfume so that’s why we took some samples),  and then we left to eat lunch at Noodles’ N Company. Jamie got a small Pad Tai dish with a tomato soup and I got the same thing except instead of Pad Tai, I got chicken. Nana got noodles and Sofie got mac and cheese (she ended up not liking it though).   After lunch, we went to Target because Jamie and I got some Target gift cards that we wanted to spend on. Jamie bought makeup and I got a little, too. After that, we went back to the house and watched more of the Olympics and my Mom came home early because she had to drop off Sofie at her friend’s birthday party.  When they left, Nana had to go so we said thank-you and goodbye and she left.

Don’t you think Nana is awesome? I love her as a grandma.

THANK-YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING, NANA! BYE, EVERYONE!

Gaby, thank you for the beautiful note about our Saturday together with you and your sisters. I loved being with the 3 of you and maybe we can go shopping again soon. I’m sure you and Jamie could use more makeup and for Sofie we could get more lipgloss and a necklace. Wouldn’t that be fun?

I especially liked watching the Olympics before we left to go shopping and breakfast was fun also.

When you’re ready to go again for a fun day at the stores just let me know. I love shopping with all of you, and I can see you all are quick learners when it comes to shopping and checking out bargains.

    Love and hugs,

    Nana
